BUSINESS:
Intel usually does not focus its marketing efforts to the general public. The common person knows Intel as "something with computers", but not more than that. During my time at Intel, I have worked hard volunteering in numerous marketing efforts to change that fact.

The Geek Picnic Festival is an international event for geeks that was brought to Jerusalem on April 2016. Intel Israel Public Relations department wanted to educate its employees about our site's technologies, and decided to build a huge tent and invite its 10,000 workers to witness what they are working on.
I saw the potential in reaching a wider audience, and helped pushing Intel to open the 25-square-meter tent to the general public.

By saving planned expenses on paying external instructors, I have managed to catch 2 birds in one hand. I pumped motivation into 100 Intel engineers and made them perfect future messengers, as well as allowed investing that cash into better features of the booth.
The Visitor Experience is a Compiled Result of the: Interior Design, Order of Demos, and the Clarity of Explanations Provided by the Instructors.
DESIGN:
I took over the design of the overall visitor experience. I helped picking the demos to be presented, and to carefully organize them on a route inside the booth, considering factors like number of visitors that can watch a demo each time.

I also have created training sessions for 100 Intel engineers who volunteered to serve as instructors during the event. This was my way to make sure the marketing message would be as clear as possible to the common festival visitor.

Finally, during the festival days, I served as the production manager, working with the production company (Premium Productions), filling the lines of the shifts with instructors and making sure they are replaced when needed.
